J.D. has served North Louisiana for 39 years in the retirement and insurance fields. He is a National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) member. J.D. received his bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.

As office manager, her analytical eye and client-focused discipline streamline every appointment, document, and dashboard, allowing advisors to focus on strategy and giving clients the confidence of smooth, on-time service.
Since joining the firm, Halie has overhauled scheduling and record-handling systems, shortening turnaround times and making information easier to find at a glance. A Louisiana Tech graduate with a B.S. in Marketing (Digital Marketing concentration) and certifications in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and more, she blends data insight with day-to-day logistics to keep operations efficient and measurable. Away from work, she recharges by hiking, swimming, traveling, and painting.

A recent Louisiana Tech graduate (B.A. Political Science, Pre-Law; minor in English), Cassie sharpened research, writing, and deadline discipline that now helps keep our projects on track. What motivates her most is hearing clients celebrate milestones and knowing we helped make those moments possible. Away from the office, you’ll find Cassie testing new recipes, logging miles on local trails, and creating upbeat social-media videos, always finishing the day with family whose support keeps her grounded.
